BAKED SALMON WITH HONEY AND TERIYAKI
Baked salmon with honey
Ingredients:
- 4 pc of 6oz salmon fillet
- a little salt and pepper for taste
- 3 table spoon of honey
- 3 table spoon of teriyaki source
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 table spoon of olive oil
- 1 table spoon of sesame (optional)
Directions:
Spray a pan for cooking with cooking spray. In a ball, mix all the ingredients except for the sesame seeds. Put the salmon pc in the ball and then in the pan. Put the sauce from the ball on top of the salmon. Preheat the oven to 375F , and put the pan for about 25 minutes. In the last 5 minutes you can put the sesame seeds on top.
