MAPLE SALMON
INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tbs soy sauce (low sodium)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbs of olive oil
1 pound salmon fillet
DIRECTIONS
In a small bowl, mix the maple, soy sauce, garlic, salt and pepper. Put the oil on a glass baking dish, place the salmon inside, and put the mixture on the salmon. Cover and put in the fridge for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 375F, place the dish uncovered in the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
