INGREDEINETS
2 pounds of skinless, boneless chicken thighs, cut into 1 1/2 inch pc
1 onion, diced
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 a cup low sodium soy sauce
1/2 a cup honey
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp ginger
3/4 cup water
3 tbs olive oil
1 tbs of sesame seeds
DIRECTIONS
In a medium pot heat up the olive oil, put the diced onion and fry it until it starts getting brown.Add the garlic, salt and pepper and mix. Take the cut chicken and put it on top of the onion, stir fry for 2 minutes. Add the water and let it boil. Meanwhile, put the soy sauce, honey, vinegar and ginger in a bowl and mix it. Add it to the chicken, mix, and let it cook for an hour on low to medium heat.Sprinkle the sesame seeds before serving. Can be served with brown or white rice.
