INGREDIENTS
8 to 10 chicken drumsticks
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 garlic powder
3 tbs olive oil
1 tbs minced garlic
1/4 cup honey
2 tbs dijon mustard
2 tbs water
1 pound baby potatoes quartered
8oz green beans
DIRECTIONS
Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Heat the olive oil on a non stick pan over medium heat, put the chicken, stir for 3 minutes on each side until golden. Add the garlic, fry it for a little bit, add the honey, mustard, and the water.
Season the cut potatoes with salt and pepper and add it to the chicken. Mix and let it cook for a few minutes. Transfer the chicken, potatoes and the sauce to an oven tray and put in the oven for about 45 minutes on 400F.
Boil the green bean in hot water for 10 minutes. Remove, add the green beans to the chicken and potato tray in the last 15 minutes.
