CHICKEN AVOCADO SANDWICH
INGREDIENTS
1 cup of shredded rotisserie chicken
1 cup of avocado cut into cubes
1 small tomato
1 tbs of light mayo
salt and pepper
whole wheat tortilla
DIRECTIONS
Dice up the avocado in a medium bowl, add the shredded chicken, salt and pepper. Mix it, add the mayo, mix again until it is all creamy.
Take one whole wheat tortilla and put the mixture in the middle. Cut the small tomato and add it in. Roll up the tortilla to a wrap.
