BAKED SALMON WITH GARLIC AND MUSTARD
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 LB salmon fillet
2 tbs parsley, chopped
3 tbs olive oil
half a lemon juice
3 garlic cloves minced
1/2 tbs Dijon mustard
salt and pepper for taste
4 slices of lemon (thin slices)
DIRECTIONS
Slice the salmon into 4 pc, put them on a baking tray with a baking sheet. In a small bowl, put the parsley, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix it all up and spread it on the salmon.Put a thin slice of lemon on each piece. Bake at 375F for 25 minutes.
