INGREDIENTS
2 cups of sliced mushrooms
2 tbs olive oil
3 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 tbs balsamic vinegar
a little salt and pepper
2 slices of whole wheat bread
1 large avocado
1/2 a lemon
INSTRUCTIONS
Warm skillet over high heat, add the oil, add the garlic and then the mushrooms, mix. Cover with a lid for a few minutes and let the mushrooms cook until the start to get brown.Add salt and pepper and reduce the heat too low. Remove the lid, add the vinegar and toss. Put the heat on high again until all the liquid is reduced. Turn off and let it cool a little bit. Meanwhile, toast the 2 slices of bread, cut the avocado and mash it, add the juice of half a lemon. Put half of it on each toast and add the mushrooms on top.
