INGREDIENTS
1 pound of chicken thighs boneless, skinless
2 large onions cut into strips
6 small potatoes cut
2 small sweet potatoes cut
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup water
1/2 a tsp salt, pepper, turmeric
1 tsp sweet paprika
1 tsp raw honey
1 tbs sesame seeds
DITECTIONS
In a medium bowl put the chicken thighs, 2 kinds of potatoes and onions . In a small bowl mix the olive oil, water, salt, pepper, paprika, and turmeric. Put all the ingredients from the small bowl on the chicken and the potatoes and onions, mix it up, transfer to a container that can go in the oven with a lid. Heat the oven to 350 F and cook for an hour with the lid on. After an hour take off the lid , and let it cook for another 15 minutes. Sprinkle the honey and sesame on top and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
