INGREDIENTS
1 pound chicken breast
1 large green apple sliced into thin pc
1 large onion sliced
16 oz Brussels sprouts sliced in half
3 tbs olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tbs of chopped rosemary
DIRECTIONS
In a medium pot heat 3 cups of water with a little bit of salt, put the chicken breast and cook for 10 minutes. Add the cut brussels sprouts , cook for 5 more minutes and turn off.
In a medium skillet, heat the olive oil, add the onions, add salt and pepper, add the apples, Brussels sprouts, cook for 5 minutes. Meanwhile it is being cooked, cut the chicken breast into strips, add it to the skillet, add the rosemary and cook on medium heat for another 5 to 7 minutes until the vegetables are a little brown and tender.
