1 POUND OF GROUND TURKEY THIGHS
1 ONION
1 BAG OF FROZEN VEGETABLES (PEAS, GREEN BEANS, CARROTS)
2 MEDIUM POTATOES
1 TBS TOMATO PASTE
1 TSP SALT
1 TSP PEPPER
1 TBS RED PAPRIKA
3 TBS OLIVE OIL
DIRECTIONS
In a medium bowl put the ground turkey, grind the onion into thin pc, add it to the turkey, add a little salt, 2 tbs olive oil and mix it all up. Make 1 inch balls and set them on a plate.
In a large pot heat 3 cups of water, add the salt , pepper, red paprika, tomato paste, and 1 tbs f olive oil, mix it , add the turkey meatballs, let it boil and then reduce the heat to medium, let it cook for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, peel the 2 potatoes, cut them into small pc and add it to the turkey. Add the vegetable bag and let it boil , reduce the heat to low medium and cook for an hour total.
