BRUSSELS SPROUT SALAD
INGREDIENTS
1 pound brussels sprouts trimmed and cut to 1/2 ” slices
2 cups spinach
2 celery sticks
1 small green apple
1/2 cup walnuts , toasted
1/4 cup cranberries
FOR THE DRESSING
1/8 cup red or white wine vinegar
1 tbs honey
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/8 cup olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Trim and cut the Brussels sprouts and put it in a large mixing bowl. Cut the spinash to smaller pc and add to the bowl. Cut the celery into small pc , and slice the apple into thin slices, and add both to the bowl.
Toast the walnuts in a small pan with a little bit of olive oil and pour on the salad. Add the cranberries.
In a small bowl combine all the dressing ingredients, add them to the salad, mix and serve.
