INGREDIENTS
2 whole Branzino (sea bass) cleaned
2 fresh lemons
4 cloves of garlic
fresh dill (handful)
3 tbs olive oil
2 tsp fish seasoning
salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
Place the clean whole fish on a working board, put 1 tbs of olive oil on each fish, salt, pepper, one tsp of fish seasoning, spread evenly on each fish from all sides. Cut the garlic into long pc, make 3 lines with a knife on the top of the fish, and put the garic in them. The rest of the garlic put inside the fish.
Wash the dill and stuff the inside of the fish with the dill. Cut one lemon into thin pc and stuff them inside the fish as well. Put 1 tbs of olive oil and a baking pan, place the fish inside, cut the second lemon to half and drizzle the juice on the fish. Preheat the oven to 380 F , place the baking pan and bake for 30 minutes. Drizzle juice from the other half of lemon before serving.
