EGGS WITH TOMATOES AND PEPPERS
4 eggs
2 onions
2 tomatoes
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
parsly (a handful)
3 tbs of olive oil
salt and pepper
Cut the onions in small pc, fry them with the olive oil in a large pan. Cut the tomatoes and peppers in small cubes and add it to the onions. Add the salt and pepper, mix, let the liquid dry a little bit, crack the eggs on top, cover with a lid and put on low for about 10 more minutes.Add the parsley on top before serving.
