BAKED TROUT WITH PECANS
INGERDIENTS
4 pc of 4 ounce trout fillets
2 tbs olive oil
1/2 a cup crushed pecans
1 tsp fresh rosemary
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
4 tbs quinoa flower
1 egg, beaten.
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 400F. Put the olive oil in a medium baking pan. In a medium bowl, mix pecans, rosemary, salt and pepper. Put the quinoa flour in a separate bowl, and the egg in another bowl. Dip the fish in the egg, then in the flour, and then in the mixed pecans. Put the fish in the baking pan and put the rest of the pecans on top. Bake for 20-25 minutes in the oven.
