INGREDIENTS
1 POUND OF CHICKEN BREAST POUNDED
4 TBS FLOUR
3 TBS OLIVE OIL
1/2 TSP SALT , PEPPER
4 CLOVES OF GARLIC, MINCED
1 CUP CHICKEN BROTH
1 CUP WHITE WINE
OPTIONAL : 1 BAG OF CUT MUSHROOMS
DIRECTIONS
Take the pounded chicken breast, rinse with water, put the flour in a plate, take each slice of chicken, add a little bit salt and pepper on both sides and dip in the flour on both sides. In a medium skillet, heat the olive oil, put the chicken and let it cook from both sides for a few minutes on each side. Add the garlic, let it cook for 2 minutes, add the wine and the chicken broth, lower the heat to medium, cover with a lid and let it cook for another 10, 12 minutes and turn off.
Optional: in a small frying pan put 1 tbs of olive oil, add the cut mushrooms, let it cook for a few minutes and turn off. Take out the chicken, put it on a plate, add some of the wine sauce and put the mushrooms on top.
