8 OZ SEA BASS
1 EGG
3 TBS OF CRASHED ALMONDS
A LITTLE SALT AND PEPPER FOR SEASONING
2 TBS OF OLIVE OIL
FOR THE DRESSING:
2 TBS CHOPPED CHIVES
2 CLOVES OF MINCED GARLIC
1/2 A LEMON
A LITTLE SALT AND PEPPER
1 TBS OLIVE OIL
FOR THE MUSHROOMS:
8 OZ CUT MUSHROOMS
2 TBS OLIVE OIL
DIRECTIONS
Take the sea bass and drizzle some salt and pepper all over the fish evenly. crack the egg in a bowl and dip the fish in the egg. Put the crashed almonds in a plate and transfer the fish to the plate, add the almonds evenly on the fish. Heat up 2 tbs of olive oil on a griddle, cook the fish for a few minutes on all sides until fully cooked, transfer to a large plate.
in a small bowl, put the chopped chives, garlic, squeeze the juice from half a lemon, add salt, pepper and the olive oil. Mix everything together and drizzle on the fish.
In a small frying pan, heat the olive oil, add the mushrooms and cook for a few minutes. remove from the pan and add it to the plate next to the fish.
