5 medium potatoes without skin
1 pound of ground turkey thighs
1 large onion cut into small pc
1 large carrot cut into pc
1/2 a tsp of salt, pepper, red paprika
3 tbs olive oil
DIRECTIONS
Cook the potatoes in hot water until they become soft , Remove, transfer to a medium bowl, mash them with a little bit of oil and salt and set aside.
In a medium frying pan heat up the oil, add the onion, carrot, add the salt, pepper, red paprika, mix it all up, add the ground turkey, mix, and cook it for about 10 minutes, remove.
In an oval tray that can go in the oven put half of the mash potatoes for the first layer , add the ground turkey on top for the second layer, and add the rest of the mash potatoes as a third layer and put in in the oven for half an hour in 350F.
