INGREDIENTS
1 cup chopped onion

One cup of cherry tomatoes
2 oz mozzarella cheese
A few Basil leaves
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, put in in a bowl, add the cheese, and sprinkle the basil leaves on top.
Half a cup of low fat cottage cheese with 1 small pear sliced into thin slices.
6 oz of low fat greek yogurt
1/2 a cup mixed fresh berries
Put the yogurt in a small bowl, add the berries and mix.

DIRECTIONS
Toast the bread on medium heat and meanwhile cut the avocado in small pc, cut thin slices of tomatoes, and crush the feta cheese into small pc. Take out the toast put the avocado slices first, sprinkle the cheese on top, and put the tomatoes last. Sprinkle a little salt and pepper on top.

1/2 a large avocado

In a small pot heat 1 cup of water and add a little bit of salt. put the egg inside and let it cook for 12 minutes.
Meanwhile, toast one whole wheat bread, take half a large avocado, mix it with a fork to a paste, add salt and pepper and spread the avocado on the toast.

Lightly toast 1 whole wheat bread, spread 2 tbs of organic peanut butter on top. Cut half a banana and arrange on top of the peanut butter. Add the blueberries on top.

Cut half of a large avocado, put it in a small bowl and make it a paste with a fork. Add a few drops of lemon, salt and pepper, mix and taste.

1 cup almond or oats milk
2 large eggs
1 tsp honey
1 pinch sea salt
2 TBS OLIVE OIL
DATE SYRUP (OPTIONAL)
1 CUP OF FRESH BLUEBERRIES
DIRECTONS
Mix the quinoa flour, almond or oat milk, eggs, honey, and sea salt together in a bowl until it becomes a smooth batter.
Heat up in a medium frying pan olive oil, pour 1/4 of the batter into the pan, fry on one side, and flip to the other side when turning brown. Repeat for the rest of the batter.
Sprinkle honey or date syrup with fresh blue berries on top before serving.
