INGREDIENTS
2 tbs flaxseed meal (ground)
1/2 a cup water
2 bananas
8 dates (without seeds)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 a cup grounded almonds
1/2 coconut flakes
2 cups of old fashion oats
DIRECTIONS
Take the 2 tbs flaxseed meal that is grounded, put it in a bowl, add to it 1/2 a cup water, put aside.
Put in a food processor the following items: 2 bananas, 8 pitted dates, cinnamon, vanilla, and half a cup grounded almonds. Mix everything in the food processor until it becomes an even paste.
In a large bowl put the 2 cups of oats, add the mixture from the food processor, add the flaxseed with the water, and add the coconut flakes, Mix everything together.
Heat up the oven to 350 degrees, make flat balls, put it in a large tray and put it in the oven for 20 minutes on one side, then flip it to the other side for another 20 minutes.
